We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and represent our products. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device and, for print-on-demand products, normal production variations.

Product images may include digital mock-ups for illustrative purposes.

Products, descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products or reasonably limit their availability.

Some physical products are produced and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from Sacred Red Daisy. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order confirmed.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, payment issues, genuine pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or circumstances preventing fulfilment.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Print-on-demand products may enter production shortly after an order is placed and changes or cancellations may therefore not be possible.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

4. PRICES, PAYMENT AND TAXES

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The applicable price will be shown when you place your order.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location and store settings.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes and other charges will be displayed or calculated at checkout where possible.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other government charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Physical products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfilment providers from different locations.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by production times, carriers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping, delivery and lost-order matters are subject to our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Services and Sacred Red Daisy content, including text, publications, resources, photographs, artwork, graphics, branding, logos, designs, audio and video, are owned by or licensed to Sacred Red Daisy and protected by applicable Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, resell, commercially exploit or transmit Sacred Red Daisy material without our prior written permission except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Shopify and other third-party names, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Your use of independent third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that you choose to access through external links.

This does not affect Sacred Red Daisy's responsibilities for products purchased directly from us where we use third parties to manufacture, process, fulfil or deliver your order.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Sacred Red Daisy is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Sacred Red Daisy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Sacred Red Daisy, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Sacred Red Daisy.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
